  • Due to the current unrest in Haiti, we are not hosting traditional short-term teams at this time. Our first priority is the safety of our Haitian staff and communities. In some cases, we may consider small, purpose-specific visits with individuals or groups who are well-prepared and understand the context on the ground. If you're interested, please reach out through the form below to start a conversation—we're always open to partnerships that are thoughtful, relational, and locally informed.

  • We focus on sourcing most supplies locally in Haiti to support the economy. However, we do occasionally accept specific donations. Feel free to reach out with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

  • Yes. Konbit Haiti is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible in the U.S., and you’ll receive a receipt for your records.

  • We steward every dollar with care and transparency. Donations directly support programs in Haiti—whether that’s medical assistance, small business mentorship, education, or emergency food relief. A small portion also supports essential administrative needs that keep our mission sustainable and effective. We regularly share updates and stories so you can see the impact of your giving in real lives.

  • Our programs are led by local Haitian leaders who know their communities best. We believe lasting change comes from within, so we prioritize empowering and equipping local staff rather than relying on outside leadership. Our U.S. team works behind the scenes to support and resource our Haitian team—not the other way around.
